Rememberance Songtext

I found a hair today
It was stuck to my clothes
It abruptly brought back to me
A chapter is finally closed

I lie and I sit
I only move when its safe
I shut the door when I'm small
A time to retreat and recall

There are times when I really need
A distractful company
But I find it hard to ask
So often so to speak

Yet others it seems to me
Wear their friendship on their sleeves
It totally confuses me
My head it rests in my hands

A place I may hide
A place I can cry
A place I may strive to
Where my feelings may die

I raise my head up high
My hands they do pick and they toy
When im alone like now
I crave somewhere I can fall apart

Sometimes I need a place
Somewhere to be alone
Whereby my despair
Washes over me

And so my pillow is frozen
Four fold it aches my head
It always anticipates
Breath held and time well untold

I tread the time stilled paths
Familiar yet so estranged
They lead me to nowhere soon
They lead me to wherever I desire

A place I may hide
A place I can cry
A place I may strive to
Where my feelings may die
